Important Dates

  • Registration Open: October 15, 2009
  • Early Registration Deadline: November 5, 2009 November 12, 2009
  • On-site registration: December 7-10, 2009. On-site registration will accept only credit card payment.

The deadline of payment for early registration fee is November 12, 2009. If you have missed that payment deadline, Standard registration fee is applied. Please be sure to pay your registration fee in a timely manner.

Miscellaneous Notes

  • Registration includes: registration kit, conference USB stick proceeding, 4 lunches (December 7-10), coffee breaks, welcome reception and banquet.

Payment Methods

  • Credit cards are preferred: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
  • Credit cards payments will be processed on-site (via internet).
  • Wire transfer and, for French attendees from public institutions, payment via a "Bon de commande", are possible.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation on or before November 12, 2009, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (EUR 50). Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference. Note that on or after November 12, 2009, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution (paper/video) for Humanoids09, your registration fee cannot be refunded.

VISA

For participants requiring a visa, an acceptance letter can be generated. If you have special requirement about this letter, please send an email to secretary@humanoids2009.org with "VISA letter" as subject of the email. This email must include your name, affiliation, paper number, registration number (as provided by the registration site) and eventually the title of your contribution. As the process to obtain a visa is long (sometimes a few months), you are highly recommended to complete the registration as earlier as possible.
